The reception staffs was very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Mohamed was very supportive and make us satisfied for upgraded our room, also help me to do delivery food order from outside. The room was clean and every day room service they clean our room.

I loved the breakfast, employees and how clean the hotel is . Mohammed hallaq and other mohammed are super friendly, respectful and helpful.. I highly recommend Berlin hotel and i will come again for sure

It’s very close to the airport (5 minutes drive). Room is perfect for short stay. Breakfast buffet was simple and tasty. Outdoor seating area is very nice. Recommended.

I booked two bedrooms apart. It was Spacious. Helpful and friendly staff, a good location in Trabzon, modern furniture, and a good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Fantastic stay here. Google Maps gave me the wrong directions to get here from the otogar, but when I arrived everything was amazing. Very luxurious hotel, friendly service, they even gifted me some fruits. Amazing!

my favourite hotel, every time when I came to Trabzon I’m going only to this wonderful place, I like a rooms and room very very clean always clean, amazing breakfasts, and also I wanna thank Aslan from reception he’s men with big heart I love him, also thanks to mister Kamal.
